How do I update my personal data?

To change your data on the esveikata.lt page, you need to log in to your account. To log in to your account, you must identify yourself using Lithuanian means of identification.

Note: Your Lithuanian personal identity code must be linked to electronic banking.

Patient access is available in the national electronic health system at wwww.esveikata.lt

When you have opened the website esveikata.lt, click Log in→ Select iPasas.lt→ Sign in with e-banking or with e-signature→ In the window of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, select ‘I agree’→ Select esveikata.lt portal→ Log in.

Now, you see your patient’s desktop where you can find all the information related to your health history.

In the patient account, you can change thelanguage of the portal to English to make navigation easier. You can do this by selecting EN on the right side at the bottom of the screen.

To edit, follow these steps - on the right side, press Patient field → My data→ Edit.

Here, you can edit your residence address, phone number, e-mail and other data.

If you see inaccurate address of the declared place of residence, personal identity code in your account, you can update them by following these steps - In the top right corner, select Patient field→ My data→ Update data from the registers.
