How should I connect to the www.esveikata.lt system as a healthcare professional?
Log in to www.esveikata.lt:
• Enter www.esveikata.lt in the browser
• Click on Log in
• Select iPasas.lt
• Sign in with e-banking or with e-signature
• If you see the Centre of Registers' logo, click on Log in and if requested, select Agree/Disagree
• Then select the www.esveikata.lt system and click Log in
Now you can see your desktop as a healthcare professional.
Why cannot I see the role of a doctor after connecting to the esveikata.lt system?
First of all, please answer a few questions:
Has your institution where you are employed concluded a contract with the State Enterprise Centre of Registers?
Have you a valid licence? (This can be checked with the help of the specialists from the State Health care Accreditation Service under the Ministry of Health.)
Has the institution informed the e-Health Division about your employment or performed the actions in the National Health Insurance Fund system with regard to your employment?
If all responses are Yes, please contact the e-Health Division by tel. +370 5 236 4577 to check employment information at your institution.
Should all healthcare professionals have an electronic signature for submission of documents to the Information System of Electronic Health Services and Collaboration Infrastructure (ESPBI IS)?
All healthcare professionals must have an electronic signature in order to submit and sign medical documents. An electronic signature can be ordered and purchased by visiting the Centre of Registers where you can submit your application and pay for the order. Please remember to bring the personal identity document with you (passport of the Republic of Lithuania/identity card/ residence permit in Lithuania). If the company pays for the order, you also should submit a billing consent form signed by the company manager.
After receiving information that the electronic signature has already been produced, you should come to the Centre of Registers with your personal identity document and collect the device.

How should I find a medical document in the Information System of Electronic Health Services and Collaboration Infrastructure (ESPBI IS)?
On the desktop of a healthcare professional, under Appointment registration, enter the patient’s personal identity code and perform a search. After registering an active appointment on the patient’s desktop, you will be able to fill in the medical documents and see the patient’s medical records under Health data – Health records
Is it possible to sign the completed form No. E025 Description of Outpatient Visit immediately?
Form No. E025 Description of Outpatient Visit must be signed immediately when it is completed so that healthcare professionals at other institutions can see the medical record.
How can I change the language on the desktop of a healthcare professional to English for easier navigation?
On the desktop of a healthcare professional, you can change the language of the portal to English for easier navigation. You can do this at the bottom of the screen by selecting EN on the right.
How should I fill in medical documents?
On the Patient desktop, select + in the Appointment details section. Here you can see medical documents and certificates. Select the document you wish to fill in and click Continue. The only mandatory field is Diagnosis, and you may fill in the rest information according to your current field of competence. After completing the document, you should sign it unless you need to issue a prescription. In this case, click Submit data at the bottom of the document and select Manage prescription of the medicinal product, sign prescriptions. Then you continue to fill in the information according to your field of competence.
I have several professional qualifications. How do I choose which one I will provide medical documents with?
If you have several qualifications, then after logging in as a healthcare professional, click on the name of the institution, which is on the left of the screen at the top. When the list unfolds, tick the qualification, under which you will provide medical documents.
Is it possible to cancel the document?
It is possible to cancel the document that was entered incorrectly. This can be done by selecting the Health data section in the patient’s account and then Health history. You should see the entered appointment to your institution, where you should select and expand the Documents section next to the appointment details. Then, you should enter into the document with incorrect response and click the black down arrow on the top right side (next to the Download document option) and select Cancel. Enter the reason for the cancellation (for example, enter: Error), click Continue and confirm the cancellation with your signature.
When you complete these steps, the erroneous document will only be visible to you. This document will be visible neither for the patient, nor for health professionals of other medical institutions.
What should I do when the system shows that a person is not insured?
When you see in the Information System of Electronic Health Services and Collaboration Infrastructure (ESPBI IS) that a patient is not insured, you should check the information provided by the National Health Insurance Fund:

If you see that the patient is insured, then after entering the reason of disregard in the Information System of Electronic Health Services and Collaboration Infrastructure (ESPBI IS), you will be able to prescribe or dispense the reimbursable medicinal product and provide a service.
