Laboratory Tests Subsystem
The electronic laboratory tests subsystem operates as part of the national eHealth system. It is designed to make ordering of laboratory tests, taking of samples and viewing of results faster, safer and more convenient.
Why is this important for the patient?
- Quick access to results – test results will be visible in the Patient Portal as soon as they are received and validated.
- Downloadable in PDF format – easy to save your test results on your computer or phone.
- Secure login – data is only accessible to the patient when logged in electronically in a secure way.
- Easier collaboration with your doctor – your doctor will be able to prescribe treatment faster and more accurately by seeing all your patient’s test data in one place.
It is important to know that laboratory test results will not be visible in the eHealth mobile app – they are only available through the Patient Portal in the browser.
How to connect?
If a patient wants to view the test results, they need to:
- Log in to www.esveikata.lt and authenticate themselves (using e-banking, mobile signature or other means).
- In the top menu bar, select ‘Health data’ and then select ‘Health history’.
- Click on ‘Laboratory tests (eLAB)’ in the left menu under ‘Health history’.
