Registration with the primary health care institution
Residents are given the opportunity to register online with the desired primary health care institution via the e-government portal. The list of recommended doctors (general practitioners, internists, pediatricians) and/or psychiatrists is provided to the person who wishes to register from the Employee Register of the primary health care institution.
The person chooses the desired doctor and a psychiatrist if he/she wishes, and fills out the provided application form.
Completed and approved applications shall be stored in the electronic document registration log. Applications included in the document registration log shall be transmitted through integration interfaces and registered in the Information System of Registration with Primary Health Care Institutions maintained by the National Health Insurance Fund. The response regarding the confirmation of the registration or refusal to register shall be saved under each record of the registration log.
